Industrial Client (confidential)

In 2014 we began an exciting process with a chemical manufacturing client.  While the design initially started as a traditional 2D project, we recognized the importance of developing the project further into a BIM-driven model.  Wachter Engineering developed the 3D designs and renderings to assist in demonstrating clearances around the equipment and architectural elements.  The images you see here are the renderings generated from our BIM models; there is no post-processing involved.

The project cost approximately $15 million and was commissioned in 2017.
